One lane of Interstate 81 northbound between exits 10 and 11 remain closed Thursday morning following a tractor-trailer roll-over about 7 p.m. Wednesday, state police said.
No injuries were reported, police said, but the tractor-trailer driver was charged with driving while intoxicated.
Details, including the driver's identity, were not available.
Both northbound lanes remained closed between exits 11 and 12 for several hours, as the state Department of Environmental Conservation, Cortland County sheriff's officers, Cortland police, State Fire and other fire agencies responded to the scene.
One lane was re-opened about 7:25 a.m., police said.
