Pumpkinfest listed in top 10 of nation’s best fall festivals

It’s not the number of people in the poll, it’s the number of people at the PumpkinFest that’s important, but for the second time in less than five years, a USA Today readers poll has put the Great Cortland Pumpkinfest among the top 10 fall festivals in America.
