Donald E. Dunn, 86, of Scott, NY, passed away on September 7th, 2023 at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, September 14th, 2023 at the Scott United Methodist Church, with visitation starting at 1:00pm and services starting at 2:00pm. Wright-Beard Funeral Home is assisting the family.
