Spartans stay perfect against Crush

For the fourth time in four meetings this season, the Syracuse Spartans defeated the Cortland Crush again Thursday night at Onondaga Community College, this time by a score of 3-2 in 10 innings.

Crown City Little League names all-league players

Crown City Little League announced its all-league selections for the 2022 season Thursday, with four players getting recognition from each team in both the majors and minors divisions. The players were selected by their teammates and coaches.

Homer track & field names 2022 award winners

Tommy Mahunik and Hannah McMasters were named the MVPs of Homer's 2022 outdoor track & field teams after storied careers. The two seniors were given the honor by their teammates. Damian Brown and Maggie Mahunik were named the team's Most Improved Players and Logan Darling and Jane Gugerty won the Coaches Awards.
