Stephen James Moyer, 68 of Brooktondale, died April 23, 2023. Family and friends may call from 11 a.m. to noon prior to a service at noon Friday at Perkins Funeral Home, 55 W. Main St., Dryden. Burial will follow at East Lawn Cemetery, Ithaca.
