Richard L. “Rich” Stevens, 80, died Aug. 31, 2022. A memorial service will be held later next at the First United Methodist Church of Homer. A full obituary with service times will run on Tuesday. Wright-Beard Funeral Home, Cortland, is assisting the family with arrangements.
