Pamela Jean (Weir) Hoy, age 56, of Freeville, NY, passed away on August 21st, 2023.
Graveside services will be held at 1 pm on Friday, September 8, 2023 at Cortland Rural Cemetery on Tompkins Street, Cortland, NY. A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, September 9, 2023, from 1 – 6 pm at the Cortland American Legion on Tompkins Street, Cortland NY. Perkins Funeral Home, Dryden is assisting the family.
