A cloud of dust obscured the vision of the audience as young Western and English horseback riders warmed up in the corral shortly before noon Saturday.
The sound of horses trotting and the sight of kids bobbing up and down on their saddles signaled the start of the Open Horse Show at the Cortland County Junior Fair.
