Joseph J. Wargo, 87, of Cortland, died Aug. 16, 2022. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the United Church of Genoa, Route 90. Private interment will be in West Genoa Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are with the Shurtleff Funeral Home.
