Joanne Wilson, 78, of Cortland, died Dec. 23, 2022. Calling hours are noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday with a funeral to begin 2 p.m. at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home, 9 Lincoln Ave., Cortland. Burial will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Bath National Cemetery.
