Henry Brisman, 94, of Cortland, died Jan. 29, 2023. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Zirbel Funeral Home, 115 Williams St., Groton. Friends may call 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the services. Interment will be at a later date.
