Harry D. Newcomb, 95 of Cortland passed away on January 27, 2024.
Calling hours will be 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Saturday at Wright-Beard Funeral Home, Inc., 9 Lincoln Ave, Cortland, NY 13045. Graveside services will be held in Glenwood Cemetery in the spring. A full obituary will run on Wednesday.
