Frank E. Thornton, 80, of Locke, passed away on July 29, 2023. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, August 4, 2023 at Christ United Methodist Church of Locke & Moravia. Friends may call at the church on Friday from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM, preceding the funeral. Interment will be at a later time in Homer West Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are with Shurtleff Funeral Home, Groton.
