Donald R. Towers Jr., 63, of Argyle Place, Cortland, died April 14, 2023. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Donald L. Barber Funeral Home, 5016 U.S. Route 11, Homer. Calling hours will be from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral Wednesday at the funeral home.
