Cortland County: No new COVID-19 cases

Cortland County reported no new cases of COVID-19 on Friday, the number of confirmed cases since the pandemic began remaining 13,685, the state Health Department reports.

Tompkins and Cayuga counties reported two new cases Friday, the state reported. The three counties have seen 61,642 cases since the pandemic began in March 2020. The number of people who have died from the virus remains 426.

  • No new COVID patients were admitted Thursday to Guthrie Cortland Medical Center, the state reported Friday. The last admission was April 17. The hospital had four COVID patients.

    The state reports 320,927 tests have been administered. The state has reported 137 deaths.

  • Tompkins County saw two new cases Friday, the state Health Department reported. The number of confirmed cases remains 27,135. The state reports 3,081,827 tests have been administered and 103 people have died.

  •  Cayuga County saw no new casess Friday, the state Health Department reported. Confirmed cases remained 20,822. The state reports 420,338 tests have been administered, and 186 people have died.
