Mayor: ‘All our infrastructure is in pretty rough shape’

The city of Cortland plans to hire consultants to help decide how to best use space in its buildings.

The Cortland Common Council voted, 7-0, Tuesday evening to authorize a request for proposals to inventory and review city-owned facilities. Councilman Seth Thompson (D) 5th ward was absent.
