Beuhring H. “Peter” Duffy Jr. died March 7, 2023. Services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness located at 530 Sears Road, Cortland. Arrangements are in the care of Zirbel Funeral Home, 115 Williams St., Groton.
