KOVAL — A memorial service for Bess Ring Koval, who died May 25, 2023, will be held on Saturday, July 22 at 1 p.m. at the UU Cobblestone Church, 3 Church St., Cortland. For those who cannot attend in person, the service will be live streamed on Zoom.
