Tenney faces Fratto, Phillips in 24th District

* Claudia Tenney of New Hartford in Oneida County, now represents the 22nd District, but does not live in 24th District. She supports bills that expand broadband access, COVID-19 relief for farmers and supporting qualified immunity for police officers.

* Granite business owner Mario Fratto from Geneva has said Tenney is too supportive of gun control laws. He wants to lower taxes and support gun rights.

* George Phillips of the town of Union primaried Tenney 2016 and 2020, losing both times. He is an educator, but does not maintain a campaign website.

The district encompasses Cayuga, Genesee, Livingston, Ontario, Seneca, Wayne, Wyoming, and Yates counties, and parts of Jefferson, Orleans, Oswego and Niagara.

The winner will face Democrat Steven Holden from Camillus, who is a supporter of climate change action, raising the minimum wage and expanding healthcare to all Americans.
