The Cortland Area Chamber will host a ribbon-cutting Feb. 14 for Cortland County’s first retail cannabis dispensary.
Classy Canna has opened at 8 N. Main St., Homer, owned by Stephanie Koslowski and Hailey Ruoff.
The ribbon cutting will be 2 p.m. Feb. 14.
