Accused: Cade W. Smith, 24, East Hill Road, Preble
Charge: Driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor
Details: Smith was arrested about 7:55 p.m. Jan. 17 following a disturbance call on East Hill Road in Preble, Cortland County sheriff’s officers said. Officers found that Smith was driving a vehicle while using drugs.
Legal Actions: Smith was arraigned via Cortland County central arraignment and released without bail pending an appearance Feb. 11 in town of Preble Court.
