Patricia A. “Patty” Jester, 76, of Cortland, died Jan. 19, 2023. Private services will be held at the family’s convenience in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Cortland. Wright-Beard Funeral Home, Cortland, is assisting the family with arrangements.
