A Norwich man has been charged with raping a person he knew in Willet between 2019 and this year, Cortland County sheriff’s officers said.
Joshua A. Marshall, 31, of Norwich, was charged Friday with first-degree rape, a felony, and third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. Police said an investigation revealed he subjected a person to inappropriate sexual contact over five years, but gave no other details of the incident or incidents.
