Accused: Jason L. Greene Jr., 26, homeless, Syracuse
Charge: Second-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor
Details: Greene entered a home on Burgett Drive in the village of Homer around 10:55 a.m. on Monday, Homer police said. Police determined Greene knew the homeowner and entered without permission through an unlocked door.
Legal Actions: Greene was arraigned and released without bail pending an appearance Feb. 18 in town of Homer Court.
