Hollenbeck’s Cider Mill will open for the season Saturday.

The mill, marking its 92nd season, will have apple and Dutch apple pies, as well as pumpkin. Others will be available after Sept. 23, depending on ingredient availability, including pecan, blueberry, cherry, peach, raspberry and others.

Doughnuts will be available 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekends until the weekend after Halloween, then again from 9 a.m. to noon Saturdays in January.

Expect to find McIntosh and Cortland apples all season. Other varieties, as they are available, include Honeycrisp, Macoun, Northern Spy, Idared, Jonagold and Fuji.

Cider will be pressed on weekends, and as needed through the week, on a Boomer & Boschert Knuckle Joint press patented in 1870.
