DRYDEN —The village of Dryden is looking to disperse state funds for a housing rehabilitation program. The funds will be used to rehabilitate substandard, single-family, owner occupied properties within the village.
Occupants must be low-to-moderate income, and the property must need repairs. The type of repairs that can be performed under the program include electric, plumbing, heating, roofing, insulation, masonry, windows, doors, painting, interior and exterior carpentry.
