Doris Virginia Newell Underwood, 99, of Locke, died Aug. 31, 2022. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sept. 17, at the Groton City United Church of Christ, 47 Groton City Road, Groton. Private interment will be in the Genoa Rural Cemetery. Arrangements are with the Shurtleff Funeral Home, Groton.
