Cortland County reports 3 new Coronavirus cases

Cortland County reported three news case of COVID-19 over the weekend, the number of confirmed cases since the pandemic began rising to 13,691, the state Health Department reports.

Tompkins and Cayuga counties reported four new cases Saturday, Sunday and Monday, the state reported. The three counties have seen 61,669 cases since the pandemic began in March 2020. The number of people who have died from the virus remains 428.

  • No new COVID patients were admitted Friday to Guthrie Cortland Medical Center, the state reported Monday. The hospital had two COVID patients. The state reports 321,269 tests have been administered. The state has reported 138 deaths.

  • Tompkins County saw two new cases Saturday, Sunday and Monday, the state Health Department reported. The number of confirmed cases rose to 27,147. The state reports 3,082,371 tests have been administered and 103 people have died.

  • Cayuga County saw two new cases Saturday, Sunday and Monday, the state Health Department reported. Confirmed cases rose to 20,831.
