Charges: Third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony; second-degree criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, misdemeanors.
Details: Cortland County sheriff’s officers responded ab out 11:28 a.m. Monday to Family Health Network on Route 281 in Cortlandville for a report of a man with a weapon, police said. Police responded and arrested Walker without incident, but found him with controlled substances and drug paraphernalia. State police and Cortland police also responded.
Legal Actions: Walker was arraigned via Cortland County central arraignment and released without bail pending an appearance Monday in Cortlandville Town Court.
