The Adirondacks and the Catskills are at peak foliage change, or a bit past peak, but Cortland County still has a ways to go.

Expect sunny weather and high temperatures in the mid- to upper 60s Saturday and Sunday, the National Weather Service reports. So pack up the camera and head to Chenango County which is reporting near peak conditions, according to volunteers with the state’s I Love NY program.

Much of the rest of Central New York, is about mid-way to peak foliage. Cortland County has about 45% change, volunteers said, with bright yellows and oranges.

Elsewhere:

In Tompkins County: 65% change in Ithaca with bright gold leaves and pops of red and orange.

In Cayuga County: 60% in Auburn with muted shades of red and yellow.

In Broome County: 70% change and peak foliage in Binghamton with brilliant seasonal hues.

In Chenango County: 90% change and peak conditions in Norwich, Preston, Greene and Oxford with bright autumnal shades.

In Onondaga County: 50% foliage change in Fayetteville at Green Lakes State Park with average-to-bright autumnal shades.
